The Pierce St. John cemetery was started back in 1924. One acre of land was sold to the U.S. government for $1. This was to set a side a place for family, friends of the family and all veterans of Native American decent to have a place to be buried. This page is a catalog of persons who are buried at this grave side. Hopfully the information supplied here maybe helpful for historical and geneological purposes.

The way this page is organized is by rows and columns. If you look at the picture above, row 1 starts way in back of this picture. This is where the cemetery started from left to right. This is how the page is set up. The columns just represents the position number in order of the graves in that row (going left to right).

One of our family members, Carl Sellers has been organizing every year in mowing, weed eating and cleaning up the cemetary grounds. They do this without question and we appreciate him and his family's help in maintaining the area for Memorial Day services. Carl has mentioned that he needs help in the cost of this maintenance every year and he would also appreciate any donations that you can give to him in this maintenance. Please sent donations to:
